Your exhibit can be accessed 24/7 but should be staffed during breaks on June 19-20 to engage in the live chat and video features and maximize networking. Refer to the program tab for full details.

How is the virtual event platform used to build the booth and maximize engagement around it?
Tutorials and other support will be available to help exhibitors build their booths and maximize participation.
How many participants will be attending?
Because the conference is a first of its kind for the COA, attendance numbers are difficult to predict. Registration will open shortly and we expect participation and interest to grow as the program gains momentum. Throughout the summer, the COA will issue various campaigns to promote the exhibit hall access to members after the conference dates and will notify exhibitors prior to the distribution of any related marketing.
How will the COA drive traffic to the exhibit hall?
Access to the hall will be prominently displayed on the main tool bar of the virtual meeting platform. Announcements and digital promotion will remind participants to explore the hall and to engage with exhibitors.
How do I get my booth traffic analytics?
After the Virtual Meeting the COA will e-mail you a report of participants who visited your booth including their name, city and province.
