Le programme Nouveaux\u00a0leaders de l\u2019ACO, commandit\u00e9 par Zimmer\u00a0Biomet, a pour objectif de mieux pr\u00e9parer les membres actifs de l\u2019ACO \u00e0 assumer des r\u00f4les de leadership en leur offrant une formation adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la profession au Canada. Le programme aide les participants \u00e0 diriger de mani\u00e8re plus efficace et \u00e0 travailler en collaboration avec d\u2019autres leaders et \u00e9quipes qui pourraient faire face \u00e0 des forces et d\u00e9fis diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n<p>Avec l\u2019aide de Gord\u00a0Aker (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.logicalleadership.ca\/about-gord\/\">logicalleadership.ca\/about-gord<\/a>), accompagnateur en gestion, les membres actifs admissibles de l\u2019ACO b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront des s\u00e9ances suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Huit s\u00e9ances d\u2019apprentissage et discussions entre pairs, y sur l\u2019application concr\u00e8te des principes.<\/li>\n<li>S\u2019engager \u00e0 effectuer l\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019indice des valeurs fondamentales, les modules du programme, le sondage initial et final et les s\u00e9ances d\u2019accompagnement individuel en gestion.<\/li>\n<li>\u00catre pr\u00eat \u00e0 formuler des commentaires pratiques \u00e0 l\u2019ACO en juin Barton<\/strong><br \/>\nLa D<sup>re<\/sup> Barton\u00a0est chirurgien orthop\u00e9diste et professeur adjoint de recherche \u00e0 l&#8217;universit\u00e9 Western. Elle suit actuellement une formation compl\u00e9mentaire au Colorado Joint Replacement (arthroplastie), au Rush University Medical Center (m\u00e9decine du sport) et au Sydney Orthopaedic Research Institute (chirurgie globale du genou). Elle a pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment obtenu une licence en kin\u00e9siologie, une ma\u00eetrise en kin\u00e9siologie, un doctorat en sciences m\u00e9dicales et un dipl\u00f4me de m\u00e9decine, tous \u00e0 l&#8217;universit\u00e9 de Calgary. En outre, le Dr Barton a obtenu un certificat de troisi\u00e8me cycle en leadership chirurgical \u00e0 l&#8217;universit\u00e9 de Harvard. Elle est passionn\u00e9e par le d\u00e9veloppement des possibilit\u00e9s de leadership en chirurgie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gord Aker, accompagnateur en gestion<\/strong><br \/>\nM.\u00a0Aker est un accompagnateur en gestion d\u00e9tenant le titre de coach professionnel certifi\u00e9 par la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration internationale de coaching\u00a0(ICF), un ing\u00e9nieur en Alberta et un leader comptant plus de 25\u00a0ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience en leadership organisationnel au sein d\u2019un \u00e9ventail d\u2019organisations, d\u2019industries et de secteurs. Les membres int\u00e9ress\u00e9s et actifs du COA doivent se soumettre \u00e0 un processus de candidature via le Comit\u00e9 des leaders \u00e9mergents.
