Please use the exhibitor kit to order any items you may require for your booth (furniture, electricity etc.) If you have reserved a booth, the main contact will receive an email from Global Convention Services with your company’s log in info to order. If you have any questions or issues please email info@globalconvention.ca.
Important Dates
- May 1 – Booth Payments or Cancellations. Contact meetings@canorth.org for assistance.
- May 9 – Hotel Room Cut off – Conference rates in the COA’s hotel room blocks are not guaranteed after this date. Click here to book your hotel.
- June 5 – Show Services Early Pricing.
- June 7 – Rep Badge Registration. Register your reps and purchase additional badges ($200 per extra badge) Purchase tickets to the Friday evening Lobster Bash when you register your reps!

Exhibit Move in / Tear Down
- Set up: Wednesday, June 12: (large booth move in Tuesday June 11 afternoon by appointment only). All exhibitor booths must be completely setup by 1600 for Opening Ceremonies.
- Tear down: Friday, June 14: 1615-midnight AT
Do You Have the Best Booth?
Recipients of this year’s Doug Thomson Best Exhibit Booth Awards will be selected by the COA’s Executive Committee for the best large (10×20+) and best small (10×10 or table) booths. Winners will be announced during the Your COA business meeting on Friday, June 22 at 9:00 AT. Learn more about the booth awards on page 11 of the prospectus.
