Session Evaluations & Certificate of Attendance

Please share your feedback on the program and event while it’s top of mind. Future programming is directly based on your suggestions and input. All anonymous session evaluations are part of a fall debrief with the 2027 Program Committee to guide and improve future events. That’s why they are so important!

1) To fill out the session evaluations you’ve attended and the Overall Evaluation Form, revisit the COA app and click on the evaluations tab in each session, or click here to complete online.

2) Next complete the Overall Evaluation form in the App menu, or at the top of the page in the online portal.

3) Once the Overall Evaluation and all attended session evaluations are complete, you can issue your certificate of attendance.
