Registration for the Annual Meeting is now open!
On-site Child Care
Sunhouse Babysitting is offering child care services during the Annual Meeting from Thursday June 12 to Saturday, June 14. Services are available for children ages 3 and over that include planned activities, lunch and snacks. Drop off/pick up will be at a designated meeting room at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel, nearby the Vancouver Convention Centre.
Parents can register for the individual days they require childcare by May 1, with payment collected on May 7, 2025. Sunhouse Babysitting can also offer after hours services outside of the conference hours. For any questions, contact hello@sunhousebabysitting.ca.

*The 9th International RSA Conference will be held June 10-11, 2025 adjacent to the COA annual conference, in the same venue. This conference will bring ~100 surgeons, engineers, and researchers from North America, Europe, Australia, and farther afield as the premier specialty conference on radiostereometric analysis (RSA) and CT-based RSA (CT-RSA). RSA is a radiographic method used to measure skeletal and implant micro-movements with very high resolution in vivo which allows us to predict implant survivorship long-term. Recent advances have ushered in CT-based methods which promise broader acceptance and application of this high-precision implant assessment method. RSA and CT-RSA are relevant to arthroplasty, trauma, kinematics, and sports medicine surgical research fields. https://meeting2025.radiostereometry.org/

- ALL COA and related subspecialty society dues must be paid and up to date to access reduced member rates.
- Additional registration items may have associated fees. Items with additional fees will be clearly indicated.
- During the Annual Meeting you may be photographed for promotional purposes. Photos of you may be reproduced in COA publications, web sites, social media or in event marketing materials at the sole discretion of the COA. Please notify the COA office if you do not wish to be photographed or have your photo reproduced.
Cancellation Policy:
- By May 1: Full refund (minus a processing fee)
- May 2 – June 10: 50% refund (minus a processing fee)
- After June 10: No refund
