Why Exhibit at the 2026 Annual Meeting?
- Physical posters return in full force, with more than 150 scientific posters displayed in the Exhibit Hall throughout show hours. Subspecialty‑led poster tours and best‑poster competitions during breaks drive attendees into the hall, creating built‑in opportunities for interaction and discovery.
- Barcode lead‑retrieval, giving exhibitors a streamlined, high‑quality way to capture and follow up with attendees.
- 10×10 booths include basic furnishings, offering added convenience and reducing setup time and cost.
- Lunch returns to the Exhibit Hall on Thursday and Friday, along with all scheduled coffee breaks, ensuring consistent attendee flow during peak hours.
- Complimentary Wi‑Fi throughout the Exhibit Hall supports seamless communication.
- Industry-led programming options are available through the Lunch n’ Learn sessions where you can showcase innovations and key opinion leaders on Thursday and Friday afternoon.
- The meeting kicks off Wednesday with a high‑energy Bull Session, featuring complex case discussions and local entertainment before attendees transition directly into the Welcome Reception held in the Exhibit Hall.
- New presentation formats including Rapid‑Fire “3‑minutes / 3‑slides” paper sessions in an open presentation theatre, cross‑subspecialty symposia, and expanded Wednesday programming create more touchpoints for attendees to circulate, connect, and engage.
Exhibitor Kit & Show Services
Please use the Exhibitor Kit and Material Forms from Canadian AV, the Annual Meeting’s Show Services Provider to order any items you may require for your booth (furniture, electricity etc.). Advanced pricing offered until May 25.

Important Dates
- May 1: Booth Payments or Cancellations. Contact meetings@canorth.org for assistance.
- May 25: Advance Pricing on Show Service Orders. Take advantage of reduced pricing on booth material and services. See the Exhibit Kit for order info.
- April-May (various dates): Hotel Room Cut off. Conference rates in the COA’s hotel room blocks are not guaranteed after listed dates. Click here to book your hotel.
- June 5: Rep Badge Registration. Register your reps and purchase additional badges ($300 per extra badge). Purchase tickets to the Friday evening social event when you register your reps!
