Important Dates
- May 1: Booth Payments or Cancellations. Contact meetings@canorth.org for assistance.
- May 19: Hotel Room Cut off – Conference rates in the COA’s hotel room blocks are not guaranteed after this date. Click here to book your hotel.
- June 7: Show Services Early Pricing. Download the show services kit below and take note of the early pricing deadline for materials and services
- June 15: Rep Badge Registration. Register your reps and purchase additional badges ($200 per extra badge). Purchase tickets to the Friday evening rodeo event when you register your reps!
Exhibitor Kit
Exhibit Move in / Tear Down (See Exhibit Kit For Full Information)
- Set up: Wednesday, June 21: 800-1600 MT (large booth move in Tuesday June 20 1200-1600 by appointment only). All exhibitor booths must be completely setup by 4:00 pm for Opening Ceremonies.
- Tear down: Friday, June 24: 1600-midnight MT
Do You Have the Best Booth?
Recipients of this year’s Doug Thomson Best Exhibit Booth Awards will be selected by the COA’s Executive Committee for the best large (10×20+) and best small (10×10 or table) booths. Winners will be announced during the Your COA business meeting on Friday, June 22 at 2pm MT. Learn more about the booth awards on page 15 of the prospectus.
