Exhibitor Kit & Show Services
Please use the Exhibitor Kit and Material Forms from Canadian AV, the Annual Meeting’s Show Services Provider to order any items you may require for your booth (furniture, electricity etc.).
Important Dates
- May 1: Booth Payments or Cancellations. Contact meetings@canorth.org for assistance.
- May 29: Advance Pricing on Show Service Orders. Take advantage of reduced pricing on booth material and services. See the Exhibit Kit for order info.
- June 5: Rep Badge Registration. Register your reps and purchase additional badges ($300 per extra badge). Purchase tickets to the Friday evening social event when you register your reps!
