The COA | CORS | CORA Annual Meeting is the Association’s premiere event offering educational and networking opportunities in one of Canada’s finest cities.

Both the Canadian Orthopaedic Research Society (CORS) and the Canadian Orthopaedic Residents’ Association (CORA) hold their respective Annual Meetings each year in conjunction with the COA event. Return of Physical Posters

Over 150 scientific posters, grouped by subspecialty, will be displayed on boards in the Exhibit Hall.

The top poster from each subspecialty will be announced during our special award ceremony, held during Friday afternoon’s break, between 15:30-16:30.

Meeting Kick-Off & Bull Session

We’re replacing our traditional Opening Ceremonies with a lively new Kick‑Off format that captures the spirit of Newfoundland. Enjoy refreshments, and our first‑ever COA Bull Session — a fast‑paced, interactive, challenging case discussion. Tons of energy, camaraderie, and great conversation to launch the meeting.

The Meeting Kick-Off will begin at 15:30 on Wednesday, June 10, followed by the Bull Session from 16:30-18:00.

New Rapid-Fire Presentation Format

Each subspecialty will hold a rapid‑fire session consisting of 3‑minute, 3‑slide research presentations delivered in a central open‑theatre setting — quick, focused, and designed to spark meaningful discussion.
